Hi! I'm Ashley, the creator and owner of RoeMarie Cakes (as well as the baker, the cleaner, the photographer, the social media manager, and the list goes on!). I am a licensed cottage home baker serving Newtown, CT and the surrounding areas.

I've always had a passion for Art and of course anything sweet, so combining the two has been truly fulfilling for me. With my degree in Art, I love bringing creativity, color, and design into every cake I make, turning each one into an edible masterpiece.

I have the fondest memories of being in my grandmother's home and watching her creations come to life. From baking one of her famous chocolate cakes, to sewing, to decorating, I was always fascinated! Now I am the one with all the crafts, carrying on that same spirit of creativity and love in every dessert I create.
